Our company was founded at Kosai city, Shizuoka prefecture : the birthplace of Sakichi Toyoda (the founder of TOYOTA group) in 1950.
We initially named Washizu Seisakusho Co.,Ltd., we started our operation by manufacturing automotive parts for Nippondenso Co.,Ltd. (current DENSO CORPORATION).
Then we were renamed to HAMANAKODENSO CO.,LTD. in 1967. Ever since then, we have made steady progress as a member of DENSO group companies.
Here is one of Sakichi's last teachings: "Open your mind, and look at the great world outside". This instruction has cultivated our corporate philosophy of respecting challenges in the new world.
Following his spirit, we aim to become a company that contributes to improving the lives of people all over the world.
