Meeting to customer's expectations with advanced quality control management

Solenoid products for automobiles require excellent precision and durability. In the field of quality assurance, high technological standards are required in order to constantly maintain the best product quality level.

We have developed QA systems and accumulated technical know-how, resulting in receiving high evaluations from quality control verification organizations, including the world-leading DEMING PRIZE in 1979, and Ford Q1award in 1990.

We inspect the quality of our products from many perspectives by various means, such as precision measurements using 3D measuring instruments, physical inspections using various analyzing devices, internal observations with X-rays, and stress tests for vibration, temperature and humidity.
